Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rapidtrade ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rapidtrade.

2. Eligibility

To use Rapidtrade, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Reside in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency and securities trading is permitted
  • Not be a resident of a sanctioned country (OFAC list)
  • Complete identity verification (KYC) as required
  • Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Trading Services

4.1 Stock Trading

Stock trading is facilitated through Alpaca Securities LLC, a registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC. Your securities are protected by SIPC up to $500,000. Rapidtrade is not a broker-dealer; we provide the technology platform.

4.2 Cryptocurrency Trading

Cryptocurrency trading is facilitated through third-party exchanges including Binance and Alpaca Crypto. Cryptocurrency is not legal tender, is not backed by the government, and crypto accounts are not subject to FDIC or SIPC protections.

4.3 Copy Trading

Copy trading allows you to automatically replicate trades made by Master Traders. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You retain full control and can stop copying at any time. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred.

4.4 AI Trading Signals

AI-generated signals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice. Signals are based on technical indicators and may not account for all market conditions. Always conduct your own research before trading.

4.5 Staking

Staking involves locking your cryptocurrency to support network operations in exchange for rewards. Staked assets may be subject to lock-up periods. Reward rates are variable and not guaranteed. Slashing risks may apply.

5. Risk Disclosure

Important Risk Warning

Trading stocks and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. The value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile. Leveraged trading amplifies both gains and losses. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Consider seeking independent financial advice.

6. Fees and Charges

Rapidtrade applies the following fees to transactions on the platform. All fees are automatically deducted at the time of transaction and are non-refundable.

6.1 Deposit Fees

  • Cryptocurrency Deposits: 0.5% of the deposited amount
  • Fiat Deposits (USD): No fee for bank transfers; 2.9% + $0.30 for card payments via third-party processors

6.2 Withdrawal Fees

  • Cryptocurrency Withdrawals: 0.5% platform fee + network gas fees (varies by blockchain)
  • Fiat Withdrawals (USD): $25 for wire transfers; free for ACH (U.S. only)

6.3 Conversion Fees

  • Crypto-to-Crypto: 0.5% of the converted amount
  • Fiat-to-Crypto / Crypto-to-Fiat: 0.5% of the transaction value

6.4 Trading Fees

  • Stock Trading: Commission-free for U.S. listed stocks and ETFs
  • Crypto Trading: 0.25% per executed trade (maker and taker)

6.5 Copy Trading Fees

  • Following Fee: Free to follow Master Traders
  • Performance Fee: 10-20% of profits (set by each Master Trader)

6.6 Premium Features

  • Rapidtrade Pro: $1000/month - Advanced AI signals, priority support
  • API Access: $99.99/month - Programmatic trading access

All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or spoofing
  • Use the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Circumvent trading restrictions or geographical limitations
  • Access the Platform using automated bots without authorization
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with the Platform's security or infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use insider information for trading purposes

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rapidtrade—including trademarks, logos, AI algorithms, trading signals, and software—are owned by Rapidtrade and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF AI SIGNALS OR MARKET DATA. TRADING DECISIONS ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPIDTRADE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapidtrade, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, you must withdraw your assets within 30 days. We may retain data as required by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
